What is The Good Jewellery co. jewellery made from?

Our standard jewellery is crafted from nickel and lead free alloy. These metals last well if you avoid contact with water whilst wearing your jewellery. 

Our standard earrings are not hypoallergenic which means they aren't recommended for sensitive ears. If you still wish to purchase, a thin layer of clear nail varnish on the earring posts can help prevent reactions.  

Personalised jewellery is crafted from 925 sterling silver which may be plated with gold or rose gold. 

What size are your rings?

Our rings are "one size fits most" which means you can be pretty sure that your ring will fit at least one finger pretty well.

If you don't want to risk it - we have a range of adjustable styles within our ring collection which will fit any finger.

Do you exchange?

Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges if you simply change your mind. If there is a fault with the product, we will happily cover the cost of a replacement, including return postage.

What payments do you accept?

Our secure payment system accepts all major credit cards. If you would like to pay by bank deposit please contact us and we will send through an invoice for payment. 

Do you ship worldwide? 

We offer courier delivery within New Zealand on all products.

Our personalised range is delivered all over the world.

International orders

International orders can take from 7-30 days to arrive. There is no tracking on items sent by international mail and The Good Jewellery co. accepts no responsibility for lost orders. 

PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office for more information. The Good Jewellery co. will not be held responsible for additional duties or taxes charged by your local customs office.

Will my package include tracking?

All orders within New Zealand excluding rural delivery (RD) are delivered by tracked courier. Rural delivery orders are sent standard post.

Once I have paid, how long until my order is shipped?

We aim to have all orders sent out within 1 working day after purchase with the exception of pre orders / personalised jewellery.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery within New Zealand (excluding rural delivery) is targeted to arrive within 2 working days. Rural delivery is targeted 1-4 days. 

For custom International orders please allow up to 30 days for delivery
